Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $30. Normal delivery times within the U.S. are between 2-5 business days. Please note that during holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended or delayed.

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the country and the shipping options selected at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping options before making a purchase.


Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Next, contact your bank.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please send us an email with images of the item to info@pix-brix.com. You will then need to ship the item to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
